An absolute joy and privilege to immerse in practice with these beautiful souls. The one thing I know is if you pour love into something, that love multiplies.

There was so much grace, beauty, connection, cohesion, gratitude, love and support between each and every one of these incredible souls. The ease with which our four days together flowed and the depth of experience and expansion was an absolute testament to each and every one on this retreat.

Our final day on The Byron Bay Reconnection Retreat and my 11 year anniversary of graduating as a teacher! I didn’t plan it this way, but I couldn’t have planned it better if I tried! What a way to celebrate!
