Once someone has completed a course of instruction they are then able to attend a free group meditation sessions on an ongoing basis.
These are one hour sessions which consist of a 20 minute group meditation, followed by questions and answers, which provides an opportunity to further refine, develop and support meditation practice.
Students are welcome to attend as often or as little as they like.
Group meditation is held with regularly with Kate in person or via zoom. Upcoming group meditation will be held in Minnamurra as follows:
