This little ray of sunshine is cutie girl Reiva, one of our newest members to our medi tribe, after her very first meditation.

Reiva had been watching her Mum and Dad meditate and wanted to join them too, so for her 5th birthday her parents surprised her with her learn to meditate course and she was bursting with excitement to learn. When I asked her how she felt after her first meditation together her answer was “the best!” I took these pics for her parents. Her Mum said “shes’s beaming!” That night she told me Reiva drifted off to sleep quickly and peacefully, has been meditating at home with her parents since and has been telling me how much she’s been enjoying our Monday night group zoom meditation sessions. When I asked her what she liked most about the group medi her response is “seeing you.” So super cute! I absolutely love teaching kids. It’s so special. And gosh how cool having this in your life at 5 years old!
