Vedic Meditator: Stephanie Dyball

Meet Steph ~ I taught her to meditate back in 2015 and she’s been super busy ever since! She’s a law firm partner, business owner and new mumma. She says learning Vedic meditation “has reshaped my perspective on the tangible benefits and evident scientific advantages of meditation; you need only be meditating for a moment to physically experience the ‘mind release’ and stimulating relaxation. I’m not sure how I ever ‘kept afloat’ without Kate’s meditation technique.”
