This retreat is the equivalent of 6 months of morning and evening meditation. This is your opportunity to deeply reset your nervous system, recharge yourself, allow your physical body to regenerate at a cellular level, and re-enter the world from that state, armed with elevated tools to continue to operate from that level on a daily basis.
You’ll enjoy daily group meditation, rounding, breathwork, advanced knowledge meetings, gentle walks, personalised Ayurvedic massage, swims in the magnesium pool and waterholes, infra-red saunas, and delicious organic meals prepared with fresh locally grown produce.
