Kate’s Story
Kate’s journey is one of remarkable transformation. After building a successful career as a corporate lawyer, her life took an unexpected turn when she was struck by a car as a pedestrian, resulting in significant injuries and a lengthy recovery. Faced with immense physical, emotional and mental challenges, Kate discovered the profound impact of meditation, mindset training and nervous system regulation. These practices became the foundation for rebuilding her health, resilience and sense of purpose.
Inspired by her own experience, Kate travelled to India to train as a Vedic Meditation teacher and has since dedicated her career to helping others overcome adversity, manage stress, cultivate resilience and unlock their full potential. Today, Kate combines her professional expertise, personal experience and extensive training to deliver presentations that are both inspiring and practical, creating meaningful and lasting change for individuals and organisations alike.
