Join us on at Wybalena Organic Farm, a beautiful organic farm in the Byron Bay hinterland, away from the demands of life, for deep rest and expansion. 

Over 4 days in the Byron Bay Hinterland we’ll gently unlock the deep stressors stored in your mind and body through Vedic meditation, breathwork, yoga asana, rounding, Ayurvedic massage and Ayurvedic chef prepared meals.

We will be nestled away on 170 acres of green rolling hills, with walking tracks, infra-red sauna, magnesium pool and swimming holes to enjoy, on a purpose built property for you to rejuvenate in absolute comfort.  

Enjoy being fed delicious, organic, local produce by our Ayurvedic Chefs, and receiving a personalised Ayurvedic oil massage, designed to assist to physically remove the tension you’ve been holding in your body and mind, and deeply nurture you.

Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.

Over 4 long, relaxing and rejuvenating days you will enjoy Vedic meditation, yoga, breathwork, gentle walks, knowledge sessions, infrared saunas, time in the magnesium pool.

The Retreat Experience 

You’ll enjoy daily group meditation, rounding (gentle yoga asana), breathwork and health and wellbeing knowledge sessions. To aid you in your detoxification process, you’ll have unlimited access to the infrared sauna, and magnesium pool, which also aid in muscle relaxation and stress relief.

Build healthy habits that will serve you going forward in life – this retreat experience will continue to serve you long after you’ve left. Not only will you leave feeling deeply rested, but you will head home from the retreat armed with elevated skills and knowledge you can apply long after the retreat is over.

No prior meditation or yoga experience is required.

It is for those of you that would like to learn Vedic Meditation with Kate Cliff on retreat and those that have already learnt. 

If you have learnt Vedic Meditation prior to the retreat, we will go through the process of rounding on retreat. This addition to practice of gentle yoga asanas and breathing techniques will take your practice to new depths. These techniques are designed to unlock and release deep stresses and fatigue from the nervous system which is a profoundly restorative process. This is a technique that once learnt can then be added into daily practice at home. 

If you have already learnt to round, this is your opportunity to deeply immerse in your practice. 

A safe space like this retreat environment, combined with powerful ancient techniques, allows negative energy and emotions that accumulate throughout life to be processed, and let go, freeing you up to live a more expanded experience of life.

Please note that in order to secure your place on this retreat a non-refundable deposit of $1200 per person is required at the time of booking. Full payment for the retreat will be required by 31 July.

As all payments are non-refundable it is advisable to take out travel insurance at the time of booking. 

Please note that there are two nearby airports at Ballina (45 minutes south) and Coolangatta on the Gold Coast (40mins north). The Retreat will commence at 3pm on Monday 3 August 2026 and will end a 10am on Thursday 6 August 2026.

Kate Cliff is an integrated transformation practitioner, Vedic Meditation teacher and retreat facilitator who has guided thousands of people through meditation, coaching, retreats and mind-body practices throughout Australia and internationally for more than 13 years.

Drawing on her background in Vedic Meditation, Ayurveda, Breathwork, Yoga, Health Coaching, Mindset Coaching and her former career as a corporate lawyer, Kate specialises in helping people move from stress and striving to clarity, vitality and flow. Her work supports the regulation of the nervous system, the restoration of physical and mental wellbeing, and the cultivation of greater capacity, presence and fulfilment in everyday life.
