My mouth has been watering as I’ve been finessing each and every last detail of every single dish you’ll be being served on The Byron Bay Retreat 5-8 May 2026!

I can’t wait to get there myself and be enjoying all of this amazing food!

In the meantime, my friends at Burbury Whole Foods that will be my amazing catering team on retreat have provided me with the recipe for this Cacao, Berry and Quinoa Cake for you to make and enjoy at home, until we’re sitting around at retreat together enjoying the fact that someone else has cooked it for us!

And let’s be honest, it always tastes so much better when someone else has cooked it!

Burbury Whole Foods will be using local, organic produce from growers who utilise regenerative forms of agriculture, to create the most spectacular dishes you on The Byron Bay Retreat 5-8 May.

Expect Ayurvedic meals focused on nourishing, seasonal ingredients that support your wellbeing.

Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to balance flavours and nutritional elements, incorporating ancient wisdom, to create wholesome dishes that celebrate the healing properties of herbs and spices, and local, organic ingredients. YUM!
