Group Vedic Meditation – online via Zoom – Tuesday 13 May 6pm  

Vedic Meditator’s join me for group meditation on Tuesday 13 May at 6pm. 

Joining group meditation helps to deepen your experience, maintain consistency, and stay inspired through shared community energy. The benefit and power of the group is that it amplifies individual benefits such as reduced stress and heightened brainwave synchronization and fosters connection, making the practice more enriching and sustainable over time.

Once you have learnt Vedic Meditation with me you are welcome to attend group meditation as often or as little as you like. I always love to see you and hear your updates and guide you with your practice.

Learn Vedic Meditation in Thirroul, Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 May – the course will run from 11-12:30pm and 2-3:30pm both days of the weekend.

Learn Vedic Meditation in Kiama, Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 June – the course will run from 11-12:30PM and 2-3:30pm both days of the weekend.
