Join the community for a group round on Sunday 8 February in Kiama and online via zoom. 

This is for those of you that have learnt to round – the next expansive step to add into your practice once you have learn Vedic Meditation

This is an opportunity to enjoy a group round together, deeply relax and connect in with our community and your practice and the beginning of the year is a great time to do so. Release layers of stress quickly, and super recharge your battery!

If you have learnt Vedic Meditation and are ready to take a next expansive step with your practice the beginning of a new year is the perfect time to do so. 

Rounding is the integration of a very specific, gentle yoga asana sequence, pranayama (breathing techniques) followed by meditation. This technique is designed to gently open up the body, prepare the mind and body to get into meditation deeper and quicker and rid deep layers of stress, tension and fatigue from the nervous system at an accelerated rate, providing an experience of even deeper rest and relaxation.

Once learnt, rounding is a sequence you can enjoy daily at home without the need for further instruction or classes. Gently opening up the body to become more aware of what you’re holding on to, what needs to be repaired, and feel lighter and more expanded!
