This is for those of you that have learnt to round – the next expansive step to add into your practice once you have learn Vedic Meditation

This is an opportunity to enjoy a group round together, dive even more deeply into relaxation with the energy of the group  and connect in with our community. Release stress quickly, and recharge your battery!

If you have learnt Vedic Meditation and are ready to learn to round, I’d love to teach you privately this March. 

Rounding is the integration of a very specific, gentle yoga asana sequence, pranayama (breathing techniques) followed by meditation. This technique is designed to gently open up the body, prepare the mind and body to get into meditation deeper and quicker and rid deep layers of stress, tension and fatigue from the nervous system at an accelerated rate, providing an experience of even deeper rest and relaxation. Gently opening up the body to become more aware of what you’re holding on to, what needs to be repaired, and feel lighter and more expanded! 

Just like your meditation practice, once learnt this is another tool you have in your home toolbox to call upon anytime you like!
