Vedic Meditation is a practice that is easy to learn, and delivers a feeling of rest and relaxation quickly.
You learn the technique over 4 sessions of 1.5 hours per session, and then you have a daily practice you can enjoy anywhere that you can sit comfortably and close your eyes.
This is a practice of meditation that we do for 20 minutes twice per day. Each 20 minutes is the equivalent of 3-4 hours of rest, 5 times deeper than the deepest point of sleep.
Connect yourself up to your practice and charge up your battery everyday. Release stress and tension on a daily basis, rather than it continually building up.
This technique is effortless, and the deep relaxation impact is felt immediately.
There’s currently availability for you to learn this life long tool on my next Kiama weekend course on Saturday 14 + Sunday 15 March.
The course will run from 11am-12:30pm and 2-3:30pm each day.
At the end of the course you’ll have a practice that you can enjoy daily on your own.
You’ll also have ongoing access to group meditation sessions in person and online to support your practice and tap into our wonderful community of meditators.
