If you’ve learnt to round this is an opportunity to enjoy a group round together, deeply relax and connect in with our community and your practice and set the tone and intentions for the year ahead.
If you have learnt Vedic Meditation and are ready to take a next expansive step with your practice the beginning of a new year is the perfect way to do so.
Rounding is the integration of a very specific, gentle yoga asana sequence, pranayama (breathing techniques) followed by meditation. This technique is designed to gently open up the body, prepare the mind and body to get into meditation deeper and quicker and rid deep layers of stress, tension and fatigue from the nervous system at an accelerated rate, providing an experience of even deeper rest and relaxation.
Once learnt, rounding is a sequence you can enjoy daily at home without the need for further instruction or classes.
The fee for the day session is $250 for those learning to round and $60 for those that have already learnt to round.
