Learning to meditate is one of the best things I have ever done for myself! Meditation has changed mine and my family’s lives. Life just seems easier… and I just feel better. I honestly didn’t realise how much my worries, thoughts, and stresses were weighing me down until I learnt to meditate, and learnt to let go of the things that aren’t important, or that I can’t control. It’s given me the time and headspace to focus on what is important in my life, and I feel like a million times better husband, father and friend because of it. My life is still just as crazy, hectic and chaotic but I find it really comforting knowing that I have meditation to fall back on. I am just really grateful to Kate for sharing it with me ~ Mike
