An opportunity to release stress gently, restore the nervous system to a state of calm, connect deeply to yourself and your body, and feel energised for the week ahead.
A gentle, nourishing experience to expand you and ground you. Aligning your chakra channels. Grounding you in your body. No breath holds. A wholly nourishing experience that you will look forward to coming back and experiencing together again at the next event.
This special breathwork event is open to everyone, of all ages ~ an intimate experience with very limited spaces available.
