Meet Vedic Meditator Jess Wojcinski. 29 year old South Coast local and mumma of 3. It’s been such a beautiful experience teaching Jess to meditate and seeing this practice change her life.
Whilst Vedic Meditation is generally practiced for 20 minutes, twice a day, on the course I explain that in certain circumstances meditating 3 times a day is grately beneficial – and this is where we started with Jess’s daily routine. Here’s what she has to say about adding this practice into her daily life:
